How many homes should I look at before I make a purchasing decision?
We generally tell our potential guest to go by the 3 by 3 rule when searching for a furnished home. Narrow down your interest list to three of your favorite homes and when you have selected those, choose the best choice based on;
1. Location, 2. Price and 3. Space for your self and/or family.
What things do I need to move into your homes?
Absolutely Nothing! Except your personal items like clothes, personal hygiene items, your choice of laundery detergent or things that are special for you to live the wonderful life you live. Our homes are move-in ready, perfect for temporary or longer term stays. This option helps to avoid spending thousands on furniture and one rental payment to manage all bills in one.
How do your fees work?
All of our fees are a click away from the listings page to Furnished Finder. We currently charge a pet fee (for our pet friendly spaces) + cleaning fee + security deposit + rent. Once all of those are calculated based on your choice of stay, we only ask for 30% down and the remaining 70% two days before your move in date.
